This policy explains how Lunima Pty Ltd handles personal information when you use sweep'd. It is intended to reflect the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Account details — email address, display name, username, and a hashed password.
Profile & content — the items you list (title, description, brand, condition, size, photos, price) and messages you send.
Transactions — order details. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Technical data — basic log and device information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: create your account, show listings, enable buying/selling and messaging, take payments and pay sellers, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run sweep'd — for example our payment provider, shipping partners and hosting. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can access and correct much of your information in Settings, or by contacting us. You may also make a complaint to us, and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
