1. Who we are

sweep'd is operated by Lunima Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of sweepd.com.au. By using sweep'd you agree to them.

2. A marketplace, not the seller

sweep'd is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand items. We are not the seller and do not own the items listed. The contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller.

3. Fees

Listing an item is free for sellers. When a buyer buys an item, they pay the item price plus a buyer protection fee of 5% of the item price (rounded to the nearest cent) plus AUD 1.00. The seller receives the full item price. The total is shown at checkout before payment.

4. Payments and payouts

Payments are processed by our payment provider. The buyer’s payment is held until the buyer confirms they received the item or the protection window closes, after which the seller is paid to their nominated account. Payout timing and holds may apply.

5. Your account

You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not misuse the service.

6. Listing rules

You may only list items you own and are entitled to sell. Prohibited items include (without limitation) counterfeits, stolen goods, weapons, drugs, and anything illegal or unsafe. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Buyer protection

8. Liability
